No meals are included in this rate.

Terms of payment

Deposit of 10 % immediately after booking and the balance of 90 % at least 1 week before arrival.

If you book at short notice and arrive within the next 7 days, the total amount is due immediately. A payment confirmation will be sent by e-mail after receipt of payment.

We will also charge you a one-off fee of EUR 50 for final cleaning after moving out.

Cancellation

Cancellation, with retention of the deposit of 10 % of the total amount, is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. Please contact us directly by telephone.

In the event of a no-show, the total amount is non-refundable.
