When are arrival and departure?

Arrival from 3:00 pm, departure until 11:00 am. Further information will be sent to you in a welcome email after booking.

Are children welcome?

Children of all ages are welcome.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted.

Are parties or events possible?

Parties and events are possible by prior arrangement.

Is a visitor’s tax charged?

Yes. A visitor’s tax is charged for your stay in the Harz. The tourist information centre in Hohegeiß (Kirchstr. 15A, 38700 Braunlage OT Hohegeiß) is right nearby. We kindly ask you to pay the visitor’s tax on site. The receipt handed out must remain in the holiday flat as proof on departure.

How does payment work?

A deposit of 10 % is due immediately after booking, the remaining 90 % at least one week before arrival. For short-notice bookings (arrival within 7 days) the total amount is due immediately.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation, with retention of the deposit of 10 % of the total amount, is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. Please contact us directly by telephone. In the event of a no-show, the total amount is non-refundable.
